April, 2023 : End of the review process

Submit your abstract

For submitting your abstract proposal, first, you need to choose a Submission Type/Theme from 38 sessions classified into four main themes defined by the Organization Committee (see Program). Each contribution must have a Title of Submission, Abstract description (of the max. 3000 characters), Submission Format (Only platform presentation, only poster presentation, Poster or platform presentation), and a max of five keywords. Each contribution can have several authors from different organizations, while each abstract can have several authors but only one presenting author.

There is a possibility to link your abstract to an alternative topic(s) (Max. 3 alternative topics). If the number of submissions to one session is significant, we may use your alternative topic(s) to allocate your abstract to another session where contributions are missing.

Review process

Abstracts are peer-reviewed based on these criteria: novelty, quality, and compliance with the conference theme. We encourage authors to illustrate the relevance of their work for life cycle management’s central approaches, ideas, and discourses. Depending on the number of contributors, we would like to point out that the organizers may assign submissions to an alternative session format in order to ensure a feasible and vivid conference program. The decision letter will clearly announce any such reallocation.

If you experience any technical problems during the submission of your abstract, please contact the LCM organizers by email (support@lcm2023.org) or by phone (+33 9 81 85 76 82).
